Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect purchases.

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. If canceled prior to shipment, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

All sales of electronically delivered products are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, digital downloads, online programs, and membership access to the Love Your Liver program within the Nutrition Detective Network. Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be approved under any circumstances.

No exceptions.


International Shipping

International shipping fees are non-refundable.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that:

  • •Import laws and regulations vary by country and may change without notice
  • •It is your responsibility to confirm that our products are permitted for import
  • •We do not guarantee delivery of international shipments

If an international order is refused, delayed, or seized by Customs or other authorities, shipping fees will not be refunded. The product cost only will be refunded after the package is returned to our facility.


Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and recurring shipments based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Nutrition Detective staff cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

You may cancel at any time by:

  • •Logging into your account and selecting Manage Subscriptions, or
  • •Using the subscription management link included in your order confirmation email

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged. Charges processed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
