How It Works
FROM TESTING TO A PERSONALIZED PATH FORWARD
Step 1: Choose Your Package
Select the Testing & Consultation Package that corresponds with your location: United States or international.
After purchasing, you will receive instructions explaining how to complete your testing and what to expect next.
Step 2: Complete Your Hair & Blood Testing
This is how we gather information to help identify important nutrient, mineral, and toxicity patterns.
United States packages include LabCorp (only) testing for:
As we are unable to order blood tests outside of the US, international clients will need to obtain the above-listed blood tests on their own. Contact us if you have additional questions on blood testing.
Step 3: Your Results Are Reviewed
Once your results are available, you’ll meet with our health facilitator for a private, one hour Zoom consultation to walk through your results and questions.
They will analyze and review your hair and blood test results with you, considering both the overall patterns in your results and the context of your health history and symptoms.
Step 4: Receive Your Personalized Recommendations
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a focused supplement recommendation plan based on your individual findings.
Instead of experimenting with a collection of unrelated products, you’ll have a more focused place to begin.
Step 5: Continue With Education And Optional Ongoing Support
Continue learning with lifetime access to the Nutrition Detective Network community and its educational resources, including the Love Your Liver Program.
For those who want the option of ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting, information on this will be provided after the consultation.

As we can’t order blood testing outside of the US, our international packages do not
include them. Our office will provide a list of nutrient-related blood tests our international clients need to get completed if they are able to.
Our client care assistant will email them to you, along with access to our Testing and
Consultation prep course, where you will find informational videos that must be viewed
prior to your appointment.
Each test provides different information. Hair testing is used to examine mineral patterns, while blood testing is needed for nutrients that cannot be accurately evaluated through hair alone. Reviewing both can provide a more useful overall picture.
Yes. Your private, one-hour consultation takes place over Zoom.
Your supplement and lifestyle recommendations plan will be emailed to you after your consultation is complete.
No. Your package includes supplement recommendations, but the supplements themselves are purchased separately.
You will receive an access link to purchase a monthly subscription to our Office Hours
meetings. This optional follow-up support will be available for monthly subscription
purchases for 6 months following your testing consultation.
Yes, each recommendation plan you receive should not be followed for longer than 6
months. Retesting, consulting again, and receiving an updated recommendations plan
is recommended 4 to 6 months after starting the recommendations received directly
after your consultation.
Refunds are not available more than 60 days after purchasing a Testing & Consultation Package. Approved refunds are subject to applicable administrative and educational-access fees.
