ZeoLyte Instructions

NOTE: Dr. Smith advises AGAINST ALL LIQUID ZEOLITES, and advises people to ONLY use
“cleaned” zeolites (ZeoLyte, Zeocharge, G-Pur are examples of “cleaned” zeolites)!

Basic Instructions: Take your ZeoLyte dose in water or another beverage. It may be taken with activated charcoal and/or other mineral supplements

Dosing:

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, this is VERY different advice from all of Dr. Smith’s other
    supplement approaches!

  • ZeoLyte can “stir up” the toxins in you, and if you don’t have ENOUGH ZeoLyte around to absorb these “stirred up” toxins, you can absolutely feel WORSE afterwards!

  • Therefore, a HIGHER dose of ZeoLyte is LESS LIKELY to cause a “detox reaction” than
    a LOWER DOSE

  • Therefore, the MORE TOXIC a person is, the HIGHER dose of ZeoLyte they need to
take to AVOID a detox reaction.

  • This is called the “Zeolite Dosing Paradox”, which was figured out by Jeff Hoyt of    Zeolite Labs.

  • The biggest “mistake” a person can make with ZeoLyte is taking too LITTLE for what they need, especially in the beginning!.

    • If you get symptoms from taking ANY dose of ZeoLyte, the fix is to TAKE MORE the next time! Yes, this sounds strange compared to all of Dr. Smith’s advice for nearly everything else. Many people, including Dr. Smith, have already figured this out to be 100% true for themselves.

  • It is better to start with a HIGHER dose of ZeoLyte than a LOWER dose. The dose necessary to avoid detox reactions will go down over time (showing that one is becoming less toxic!)

  • It is FAR BETTER to take ALL your ZeoLyte in ONE big dose a day, than to spread  out in multiple smaller doses (which can cause detox reactions due to being too small a dose).

  • An example of a high-dose ZeoLyte protocol that tapers off over time:

    • 1st month: 6 scoops/day (30g/day)

    • 2nd month: 5 scoops/day (25g/day)

    • 3rd month: 4 scoops/day (20g/day)

    • 5th month: 2 scoops/day (10g/day)

    • 6th month and beyond: 1 scoop/day (5g/day)

  • If the ZeoLyte dosing you NEED is presenting financial challenges, here is what to do.

    • It is FAR BETTER to take the dose of ZeoLyte you NEED one day, and then to SKIP the days you need to for financial considerations, then it is to take TOO LITTLE ZeoLyte than you need so you can “spread the ZeoLyte out further”

    • EXTREME EXAMPLE: Let’s say someone needed to take 150g/day of ZeoLyte (a whole jar at once, this is extreme to prove a point) to avoid negative symptoms, yet their budget only allows them to buy one jar per month. What should they do? They should take 150g all at once on one day of the month, then not take ANY for the rest of the month, until they choose to take it again the following month. The WORST thing they could do would be to take 1 scoop a day (5g) to try to “spread it out” and then cause themselves negative symptoms every single day they took it because they didn’t take enough to fully support the detox reaction!

  • It is TOTALLY OK to skip or miss days of ZeoLyte. It is better to SKIP a day or a week or a month than to take TOO LITTLE ZeoLyte! Are you seeing the pattern here? I hope so

  • If you take too small a dose and have symptoms, it is OK to take more ZeoLyte ASAP in an attempt to “catch up” and overpower the detox reaction. The key thing is to take MORE ZeoLyte the next time to avoid the same reaction.
