I’m 53 years old and live on a small homestead just north of Spokane, Washington. I’ve been a Physician Assistant for about nine years. I graduated from Mississippi College in December 2013.

  • Medical Experience:

    • Started in emergency medicine (18 months).

    • Transitioned to family medicine with Kaiser Permanente (5 years).

    • Currently working in interventional pain management, focusing on steroid injections and medication management for chronic pain.

This diverse background in traditional Western medicine complements Garrett’s expertise in alternative medicine. What excites me most is how this program challenges conventional approaches in both Western and alternative medicine.

The foundation of what Garrett and I practice is the belief that the body is inherently wise. It strives to maintain optimal health despite the challenges posed by our environment, diet, and lifestyle. Our goal is not to “fix” the body but to provide the conditions it needs to heal itself.

Traditional Western medicine excels in acute and trauma care—fixing broken bones, addressing injuries, or saving lives in emergencies. However, it often struggles with managing chronic illnesses. This program focuses on addressing chronic conditions, largely through understanding and reducing toxicity.

I discovered Garrett’s work through a mutual friend, Coach Noel Ravoy. Initially, I was skeptical—so much of what I’d learned in PA school and my practice didn’t align with these principles. However, after reading Grant Genereux’s book and diving deeper, I realized how coherent and transformative this approach is.

I’m excited to work with Garrett and help others find their way back to health. This program offers a chance to address the root causes of chronic illnesses, not just manage symptoms.
